comprising a small Warring States period mirror thinly and finely cast on one side with a small grooved loop handle encircled by plain bands and a main field of elegant scroll formed by interlinked birds, box; an Eastern Han dynasty mirror, thinly cast with a row of raised bosses around the simple knop, the main field with four writhing dragons amidst clouds; and a classic Tang dynasty mirror with 'mythical beasts and grapevine' decoration, crisply cast with a slight variation in the outer band which has the traditional grape clusters but interspersed with birds, butterflies and dragonflies (4)

Acquired in Japan between 1947 and 1952.
Condition
The smallest mirror has a piece broken off and stuck back on the rim.
