of flattened rectangular form with cylindrical neck, engraved on one side with a woman sitting by a riverbank underneath a tree, the other inscribed with the 'Preface to the Orchid Pavilion', preceded by a dedication to Zhaodan and dated to the wuxu year of the Guangxu reign, corresponding to 1898, then ending with a signature of the artist and one seal

Condition

There is a chip to one side of the bottle next to the inscription, and a pinprick above the woman's head on the other. Overall, appears to be in good condition.
