the flattened bottle, well hollowed and carved as the mythological tortoise, bixi, with a cell-pattern carapace within a leiwen border, a pair of horns at the top of the head and long whiskers at the side of mouth, the long legs tucked into the body with the tufted tail on the back of the shell, the stone of a celadon green color with bright green and creamy white inclusions

Condition

There are a few areas of light russet patches which is inherent in the stone. There is a fissure line to the underside and a small fissure line to the top edge of the bixi. Otherwise the bottle appears to be in overall good condition.
