Collection of Thomas Barlow Walker (1840-1928).
The Walker Art Center, Minneapolis, Minnesota (from 1924 to circa 1940).
Auctioned at Gimbel's, New York in the 1940s, purchased by the family of the present owner.
Condition
The waterpot with two filled chips to the rim, one chip to rim restuck, and several shallow slice chips under the foot rim. The ivory cover has a chip and fine cracks.
