Collection of Gerónimo Megías, Madrid, Spain, acquired in China on a voyage around the world in the Graf Zepellin in 1928 and thence by descent.

There is loss on two of the feathers on the crane, as well as to the black areas on the lower sections of the panel. There are some small areas of separation between the colors, and a few spots of staining. The outer border is frayed and there is wear and small areas of loss to the inner border. There is water staining, wear and repair to the backing.
