each with tapered edges, the aprons carved with a raised beaded edge above straight beaded legs of square section joined by arched stretchers and ending in hoof feet (2)

Provenance

Collection of LaRue Robbins Lutkins (1919-2011). 

Condition

Both stools with some spliced additions to the arched stretchers, the tops of the legs and the hoof feet indicating changes from the original form. The original soft matted seats replaced with hard matted seats. There is expected wear to the surface. The wood a fine honey color.
