Overall the condition of the plaque is good. There is wear and some minor dirt to the surface consistent with age with wear to the gilding. The areas over AS, P and around the second ST have restorations to the enamel. There is greening to the top and lower edges. The plaque was cut off on both sides and ground level on the reverse.
