Condition

Overall the condition of the bronze is good. There is wear and some dirt to the surface consistent with age and handling including a few areas of scratching and rubbing to the gilding. There are several small nicks to the protruding areas. Two of the feet are replaced. The drip pan and a pricket or socket are lost.

The arms are those of the Herrera family of Andulasia, impaling those of Enriquez of Castile.
