Condition

Overall the condition of the stucco is good with dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There are losses to the painted stucco surface throughout, in particular to the gilt drapery and parapet. There is a drill hole to the proper left side of the parapet. There is a stable split running from the top right corner to the left side. There are a few losses to the ground. There is wear to the fame, including a few losses to the wood at the sides and corners. The bottom section is slightly loose. There is old worming and splitting to the wood consistent with material, including to the bottom section.
