Condition

Overall the condition of the wood is good with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is some minor splitting to the wood consistent with the material. There are a few small losses, including to the Bishop Saint's index and little fingers, and to the right side of the right Bishop's mitre. The top of the staff of the back right figure is lost and the top of his companion's staff is restored. The back two figures are carved separately and are slightly loose. There are a few small chips to the edges. There are a few small plugs, and a few small holes to the back (there is also a small hole to the front). There is a metal stand/ mount afixed to the back.
