Condition
Overall the condition of the marble is good with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There are a number of restorations, including to the wings and tail of the right bird, to the beak of the left bird, to the girl's proper right foot and to the big toe on her proper left foot. There may be restorations to her proper right hand and arm. There is veining to the marble, including to the abdomen, and a few small inclusions consistent with the material. There are a few chips to the edges of the base.
