Condition

Overall the condition of the marble is good. There is some minor wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. Some minor dark veining is visible on the surface consistent with material including along the centre of the seesaw, under the foot of the putto on top of the seesaw and next to the hulahoop. There are a few minor chips along the edges of the relief and the nose of the putto on top of the seesaw is slightly grazed. There are a number of nicks and further wear to the frames.
