8vo (9 1/4 x 6 1/4 in.; 240 x 160 mm). Tipped-in halftone portrait of LBJ.  Blue pebbled leather, upper cover lettered gilt with title and presidential seal, gilt initials of LBJ and McNamara ("R.S.M.") at the bottom, marbled endpapers; spine cracked and dry with some minor losses, fore-edges rubbed.
