Catalogue Note

Although the copyright page states that volume 1 is a "new edition, revised" Cohen notes that the revisions are not substantial enough to warrant designating this as such, and he describes it simply as the third printing. The third and fourth volumes were published in 1936 and 1938, after Churchill's inscription here.
