the snuff box, maker's mark illegible, Paris, 1738, discharge mark of Louis Robin, engraved with sheperd, sheperdess and putti among scrolls and foliage, 7cm, 2 3/4 in wide ; the two silver-gilt etuis, apparently unmarked, probably Paris, circa 1740, engraved with gentleman and a sheperdess among Rocaille ornament, 7.2cm, 3in high
