Condition
Overall the work is in very good condition. The canvas has been lined and its surface retains a rich and textured impasto. There is some light surface soiling throughout. There are a few isolated areas of craquelure in the thickest areas of pigment and along the perimeter of the canvas. There is some discoloration along the extreme edges of the canvas that is perhaps attributable to a prior framing. Under Ultraviolet light: no definitive inpainting is apparent, but a few areas on the extreme edges of the canvas may have been retouched to address the aforementioned effects of a previous frame. Framed.
