Condition

The books are in good condition overall. Each with wear and light surface soiling. The Sunset Strip: the silver cover has come loose from the box that contains the book, which is tearing at the edges. The binding is creased. Nine Swimming Pools: There is evidence of exposure to a liquid along the top edge of the books. Real Estate Opportunities and Various Small Fires: The wax paper dust jacket is discolored along the spine and has scattered small tears along the edges. A Few Palm Trees: Missing the business card from Gus Foster but includes the business card from Ed Ruscha.
