Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The raised bits of canvas appear to be inherent and part of the original condition. The canvas appears to be buckling slightly in the upper left corner. There are some fine, scattered craquelure throughout and dust accretions, particularly on the right side. There is evidence of wear and handling, particularly along the edges, which has resulted in localized spots of paint loss. There is a 1 inch section along the bottom of the canvas, approximately 5 inches from the right side which appears to be retouched under Ultraviolet light inspection. Unframed.
