Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality tends more towards a whiter hue in the original work.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. Upon close inspection, there are some fine drying cracks around the base of the wooden elements and light wear to some of the protruding elements. There are a few splits in the wood and some light discolouration in places, in keeping with the date of the work and the artists' choice of medium. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
