The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality of the pastel is brighter and more vibrant, and the paper tone is slightly warmer in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The sheet is attached to the backing board at intervals on the reverse. All four edges are deckled. There is light undulation to the edges of the sheet and a number of short, shallow and unobtrusive creases in places around the extreme edges. There is a further shallow crease running parallel to the top half of the left edge. There is light discolouration to the paper along the horizontal and left vertical edges, and a small media accretion towards the left corner on the lower edge.
