Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate. The catalogue illustration fails to fully convey the three dimensionality of the work, apparent in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is light wear to the paper elements and a few scattered rubs and handling marks to the plaster hand.

Catalogue Note

"The gesture of the hand that tries to take control of the photographic image to make her his, succeeds only at the cost of turning it into a 'thing' and loses the vision" Giulio Paolini
