The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is deeper and richer in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There is light wear in the bottom right corner tip and tension cracks running along all four extreme edges. Upon close inspection, there are a number of fine hariline cracks to the yellow pigment in the lower left quadrant and a further tiny crack towards the lower right hand corner. There are some faint handling marks along the left edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
