The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is deeper and richer in the original.
Condition:
This work is in good condition. There is wear in places to the wooden box, notably to the top extreme right corner tip. There is further light wear and oxidisation to the smaller metal and clay central element. There is tarnishing to the two hinges.
