Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the catalogue illustration fails to fully convey the three dimensionality of the work, apparent in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are some light, tiny spots of tarnishing on the top of the reverse of the work and some further specks scattered elsewhere. On close inspection there is some light oxidisation in the recessed areas and some irregularities to the metal surface inherent to the casting process. There is a tiny spot of wear to the wood at the top of the violin.
