Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly brighter in the original. The catalogue illustration fails to fully convey the glossy surface apparent in the original. The two dark grey spots above the orange square in the grey pigment in the cataoug illustration are not visible in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Some light surface dirt has accumulated over time around the white outer border. A short pen inscription is visible in the top right hand corner (not visible in the catalogue illustration). Around the extreme outer edges of the masonite board, there are a few scattered paint losses that are covered by the metal frame. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
