The panels are flat and cradled to the reverse. The panel joins and old splits are visible on the paint surface of both works. There are scattered losses to the paint surface and, although the flaking appears to have been secured, the losses require some attention. It appears that the paint surface has been melted slightly in a small area to the left of the urn in one of the works. Offered in modern gilt wood and plaster frames in good condition.
