Condition

Overall the condition of the terracotta is good with dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There are a few small losses including to the lace at the front and to the ponytail. There are a few small fissures to the back of the bust and a few very minor firing cracks, including in the crevices around the neck. There are a few abrasions to the edges of the bust. The bust is fixed to the socle with plaster and the socle has minor wear to the edges.
