Condition

In country house condition. The top with minor scratches, dents, stains and areas of bleaching commensurate with age and regular use. The foldover top opens to expose a very distressed green baize-lined top which is faded, stained and contains some small losses. The finely carved and shaped apron frieze is of a dry appearance and is faded. The mahogany employed shows signs of movement to the grain this is evidenced in the form of little splits. The carving generally is good.
