Description
- Gilt gesso, pine and glass
- 130cm high, 70cm. wide; 4ft. 3½in., 2ft. 4in.
with a bevelled plate, re-gilt
Condition
An elegant mirror. The frame chips and losses to the gilding and white gesso showing as a result and in some areas wood is visible. There is are cracks to some of the pierced and carved details and some of these fractures have been repaired. The plate would appear to be original.
