Condition

A lovely colour and with the sort of finish that only yew can have. The top has numerous old marks and surface scratches. There are numerous old chips and gouges from the great age of this piece and these are to be expected. The legs are a lovely colour too and again exhibut the signs of wear to be expected. There is evidence of old worm to the underside and one drop leaf has some batons afixed to prevent splitting, these have some age. The feet with old chipping and soem minor losses. The nature of the timber means the table is of a nice weight. A gorgeous table that would make a super lamp table.
