Une partie de canto (sur 2), 16 feuillets ([2], 29 et [1] pages), in-4 oblong (14.8 x 20.5 cm), vignette de titre gravée sur bois, lettrines enluminées, musique imprimée, broché, inscriptions postérieures aux couvertures, manque la partie de tenor, quelques légères rousseurs.
