Condition

Overall the condition of the plaster is good with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. The front of the hat is reatached. There are some chips to the edges of the hat and an open crack to the back of the hat, which is slightly unstable. There may be a few further restorations including to the lower left corner on the left side of the base. There are a few slightly visible original casting lines.
