première édition, 48 pages non numérotées, grand in-folio (43 x 33 cm), musique lithographiée, seconde page de titre et illustrations par Michel Fingesten, un des exemplaires apparemment hors commerce numéroté "E" sur Japon impérial, signé au crayon à papier par Strauss et Fingesten sous la justification de tirage, annoté et signé au crayon à papier par Strauss à la première page de titre : "Herrn Professor Heinsheimer Heidelberg zu freundlicher Erinnerung DRichardStrauss. Garmisch, 20. November 1922", maroquin de l'époque, légère trace de pliure au coin inférieur droit de la première page de titre.
