There is dirt and wear consistent with age. The wax head and sections of the background have become detached and have slipped down inside the frame. The wax head is pressed against the glass flattening the wax in this area. There is dark spotting to the metal mount of the frame. The top and right screws on the frame are lost. There is wear to the paper lining of the frame
