première édition, 4 volumes, 35 [violon I], 35 [violon II], 35 [violone/archilute], 35 [orgue] pages, in-4 (24 x 17 cm), vignette en tête gravée par Bartoli d'après Chiari dans chaque volume, dédicace imprimée, épître au lecteur et table à la fin de chaque volume, musique imprimée, le sixième mot du titre ("e") ajouté à la main dans les parties pour violons I et II, ex-libris d'Arthur F. Hill sur le second plat de la partie de l'orgue, vélin moderne à décor doré, petite déchirure et pli au coin inférieur droit des pages 5/6 et 7/8, quelques salissures sur les tranches, rousseurs à quelques pages.
