première édition, 4 feuillets, 170 pages, petit in-4 oblong (17.7 x 25 cm), musique gravée, page de titre imprimée, table, notice et extrait de privilège, quelques annotations manuscrites de l'époque à propos de la représentation. ("sur le grand orgue, et un tont plus bas qu'il n'est"), veau de l'époque, dos orné de caissons à décor doré, quelques petites taches, très léger travail de vers à quelques pages, restaurations au dos et aux coins, lègères usures aux plats.
