Catalogue Note

A fine copy of this rare edition. Haberkamp identifies two editions, the first with a separate violoncello part and with a title-page marked "et d'un Violoncelle", without, however, ascertaining for sure whether the first and second editions appeared simultaneously or whether one appeared slightly earlier than the other.
