121 feuillets recto-verso chiffrés, in-folio (39 x 27 cm), jusqu'à six systèmes de musique manuscrite par page, page de titre imprimée, 8 vignettes gravées en-tête de chaque opéra, veau moucheté, première page de garde manquante, quelques coins cornés, petits trous aux premières pages, légères mouillures à quelques marges inférieures, accidents aux coiffes, dos et coins frottés, reliure usagée.
