Catalogue Note
Rare. Seulement deux exemplaires sont enregistrés au RISM: ce superbe exemplaire et un autre conservé à la Bibliothèque Nationale de France. Quatorze motets composent les oeuvres subsistantes de de La Croix, contenus dans ce présent exemplaire (quatre motets posthumes de Bernier y sont aussi inclus) et quelques airs publié dans les collections de Ballard.
Rare. Only two copies recorded by RISM: this fine example and a copy in the Bibliothèque nationale. The surviving works of La Croix consist of fourteen motets in this volume (four posthumous motets by Bernier are also contained here) and some airs published in Ballard's collections.
