première édition, 89 pages, in-4 (28.5 x 22.5 cm), privilège imprimé, frontispice gravé, page de titre, index et musique gravés, veau écaille de l'époque, titre doré sur pièce de maroquin rouge sur le premier plat, charnières fendues, quelques pertes de cuir aux coiffes.
