Condition
The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration although the overall tonality is lighter in the original.
The work is executed on its original canvas, not relined.
Under UV light, there is no evidence of any retouching.
Except a tiny loss of paint located 20 cm from the lower edge and 35 cm from the left edge, and a minor loss of canvas located at the extremity of the lower left corner, both only visible under very close inspection, this work is in excellent condition.
