the deep rounded sides flaring at the rim, raised on a stem foot splaying towards the recessed base and with a raised fillet, painted to the exterior with figures in a landscape, the interior with lança characters, inscribed with an apocryphal Xuande mark to the base

One 5mm shallow rim chip and a 3mm glaze flake to rim; large iron-spot to interior.
