of rectangular section supported on four low bracket feet, the straight sides rising to an everted rim, finely painted in shades of cobalt blue, the sides with two confronted kui dragons centred on a pearl, their heads issuing from long angular scrolls, above a band of petal lappets and below a frieze of pendent ruyi, all within double line borders, the flat rim decorated with alternated sprays of lotus and florets within a raised border, the tray of conforming shape similarly decorated on the sides with stylised kui dragons centred on a pearl and a diaper pattern around the flat rim, the base of the tray inscribed with a six-character reign mark in underglaze blue
