Description

well potted, the deep rounded sides rising stiffly from a slightly tapered foot, vividly painted in shaded tones of cobalt-blue, the interior centred with a medallion of a lotus surrounded by flower sprigs and auspicious emblems within double circles, a band of undulating lotus at the rim, the exterior decorated with a multitude of auspicious treasures interspersed with composite flower sprigs, between a band of stylized clouds at the rim and lappets around the foot, the base inscribed with the six-character reign mark within double-circles

Condition

The rim is slightly warped. There is a 7.5 cm. undulating hairline crack to the foot. Otherwise the punchbowl is in good condition.
