Description

the ovoid body rising from a small slightly splayed foot to a tapering neck, incised with archaistic confronting dragons and stylized bats amidst scrolls between a band of lappets above the foot and a frieze of archaistic dragons at the shoulder, a band of key-fret further encircling the neck, applied overall with a thick white glaze, the base incised with the six-character reign mark

Condition

The vase is in good condition with the exception of firing impurities and specks inside. There are a few tiny minor iron spots near the foot on the outside.
