Condition

STRUCTURE The board is sound. There are three pin holes along each vertical edge (not visible in frame). There are minor spots of gilt paint along the edges and a very small surface abrasion to the left of the signature; otherwise the work appears in excellent overall condition. ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT Under UV light there appear to be no signs of retouching. FRAME Held in a gilt plaster frame.
