Condition

STRUCTURE Original canvas. The canvas undulates in each corner and may need restretching being slightly loose. There is a surface abrasion along the right side of the lower edge and a stain above right of the boy; otherwise the work appears in good overall condition. ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT Under UV light there appear to be no signs of retouching. FRAME Held in a cream coloured wood frame.
