Elaborately bound in red morocco, gilt-ruled triple fillet, with gilt-stamped presidential seal on both covers, and the letter "W" within floral stamps at four corners, backstrip similarly gilt, top edge gilt, by Sangorski & Sutcliffe for Brentano's.
