Catalogue Note

The 1752 edition of Franklin’s famous almanac. In the preface he discusses the history of the calendar, a discussion provoked by the Parliament’s alterations thereof. He also includes a “brief chronology”  from the birth of Jesus Christ concentrating on the history of Britain and her colonies.
