A large and very miscellaneous group of approximately 180 images including prints and a few drawings, ca. 1795- 1920, various sizes, many matted or enclosed in portfolios, some soiled with torn wrappers. A few of the many highlights include:



Vingt Vignettes pour les Oeuvres de F[enimore] Cooper ... par Alfred et Tony Johannot. Paris: Furne, 1832. Large 8vo, 20 engraved plates loose in five parts with original printed wrappers; some marginal spotting, wrappers torn. [With:] 53 additional plates and 7 maps apparently from the same work. — Robert Ker Porter (1777-1842). Historical Studies from Moore's Anacreon. 26 handcolored engravings by John Vendramini after Porter, plus 1 sepia drawing by Porter, oblong folio, in original 6 parts in contemporary wrappers with printed title labels on upper covers; wrappers torn, many covers detached, in a green cloth folding-case. — Newark Parlor Album of Distinguished Jerseymen, Art and Architecture. December 1879 [an album of photos with text in English and German]; disbound. — An album of 28 hand-colored costume engravings, 1795-1800 — 2 watercolor full-length portraits of women, signed "Sauguet 1841" — Theodore Hannon. Folio, 8 plates signed by the artist, in publisher's black quarter cloth and printed boards portfolio. No. 4 of 20 on japan paper. — Catalogue of Miscellaneous Books to be Sold at Auction by A.A. Variety of condition from clean to quite soiled, matting occasionally torn as are some wrappers.
